Jody has been passionate about physical movement since she was a child. She studied classical ballet for years before moving into the group fitness world in college. She has been teaching for the past 23 years and loves sharing her passion with others. Jody finds inspiration in helping her clients gain strength, both physically and mentally. She spends most of her time these days personal training clients, both on a private and semi-private basis, of all ages and fitness levels. She also loves the energy of teaching group classes and is thrilled to add BARRE CORE FUSION to her repertoire. Jody believes this method is unlike any other in that it comes from a place of integrity, alignment, and deep physiological purpose in every movement. “You will feel muscles you didn’t know you had,” she swears. When she’s not helping other achieve their fitness goals, she is pursuing her own with a killer combination of CrossFit training, SPARTAN racing and trail running with friends.
